       (2005 to present):
     - Providing merger and acquisition consulting to help companies buy other 
       companies or sell their company.

Current President and CEO of itookthisonmyphone.com, Inc. 
       (August, 2007 to present):
     - Providing automatic upload of cell phone pictures to a secure web site.

Former President and CEO of Intrieve Incorporated 
       (1983 to 2005):
     - Intrieve was a $56MM revenue technology company that served over 800 
       community banks in 47 states.
     - Sold in 2005 to a publicly traded company.

CPA (inactive) in the state of Ohio
