Officer James McFarland

Officer McFarland has been employed with the agency since 1998, and is a life long resident of Clermont County. He attended the University of Cincinnati from 1994 to 1996 where he majored in Criminal Justice. He is a Milford High School Graduate and attended the Dee Russell Lee Peace Officer’s Training Academy in 1998. James can be reached at james.mcfarland@goshen-oh.gov
