Over the Limit, Under Arrest!

Goshen Township Police are hitting the roads looking for a specific kind of driver.

Starting August 21, 2009, the annual "Over the Limit Under Arrest" program is in full swing. Police will be keeping an extra vigilant eye on drivers who are operating motor vehicles while under the influence.

The campaign runs through September 7, 2009. A highlight of this year's campaign will be the Safety Fair held at Goshen Kroger on Dick Flynn Blvd on August 29th from 11 am until 5 pm. Goshen Officer James Tayor will be on scene demonstrating first hand experiences with how alcohol can affect drivers by demonstrating a roll over cage and "beer goggles."

The legal limit for drivers in Ohio is blood alcohol content (B.A.C) of no more than .08%.
